For cancellations and rebookings, we ask that you notify us at least two days in advance.
For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the fee is due.
For cancellations less than two hours before the appointment, the full amount is due.
One rebooking is free of charge, and each additional rebooking costs €5.
